I’m a constable and there was a life threatening incident where we had to use physical force to arrest a violent suspect who had injured police officers. During the incident I misplaced some equipment and my line manager threatened to get me under an investigation regarding professional standards having no regard for the fact that I was in a life threatening incident. Not even to this day does he check on my welfare and only gives me negative feedback. I never hear positive feedback from him at all.
