thorpower1 | They thought that because I was foreign gave them the right to abuse me.

I made the mistake of having a short lived relationship with a work colleague who was based in a different office. I discovered child porn on his laptop and I ended the relationship. I was pregnant but lost the baby. He sent me threatening messages through Facebook and by email. I reached out to the police and solicitor to get help. The police did not help me, instead they helped him because he was friends with them. His work colleagues treated me badly because he was very popular. When I secured the restraining order, his work colleagues made my life hell. I was mentally, physically and verbally abused on a daily basis. They set out to mentally destroy me knowing that I was very vulnerable. They were pushing me to commit suicide. I fought back but I was no match for a group of men in senior positions with contacts within the Police Force and government. Instead they destroyed my professional career and then destroyed me both mentally and personally.
