Marissa | Sexual assault of a young drunk girl in Macdonalds

This is not about me but a school ‘friend’ who is a police officer. He has ‘bragged’ to me in the past about various indiscretions and sexualised behaviour towards female colleagues including having an affair (he is married) with a much younger colleague which lasted a few months.
About two years ago he confided in me that he was very worried about his job and his marriage because he had been called to a city centre branch of Mcdonalds whilst on duty to deal with some anti-social behaviour and some young people who were drunk and making a nuisance of themselves. He told me that one of the young women who he thinks was about 17 started to flirt with him (he is a man in his late thirties) and suggested that they could go into the toilet together. He confessed to me that he told her he wouldn’t arrest her or get her into trouble if she had sex with him in the toilet and this is what they did.
He was worried because he thought one of his colleagues might have seen him go into or come out of the toilet with the young woman and that he might be reported. He wasn’t and the incident was never officially disclosed. I am no longer friends with him and do not speak to him anymore.
