Justice4me | Police assault

After 48 years of silence I told the police I was molested.

They interviewed the pedophiles and one claimed he never met me despite him being my cousin and he was at our home most weeks. They failed to investigate properly. Christmas my sons received Christmas cards from one of the pedophiles. I called the police Christmas Day asking these people to stop contacting me and my sons. I was told no they can do this. I had to deal with the situation my self. I got arrested, I was thrown on the floor of my home. When I was taken to the police station the same officer shoved me I fell to the floor, I’m disabled and he already had to be told how to pick me up with the least amount of pain at my home. Once he shoved me I was on the floor, he and another officer started dragging me around they lifted me off the floor and dropped me on my face, he then picked me up to sitting and he then used a sternum rub on me. This is to inflict pain.

I ended up needing a scan on my neck and wrist.

Before this I made crime reports they were, spousal abuse, fraud, conspiracy to defraud, attempted murder and £200,000 of criminal theft and damage, my ex husband told the police he did that to the house. All of this was called civil.

2023 I was having to sleep in the garage of my home as that appeared to be not damaged like the rest of the house. July 2023 I was left with no gas water and electricity from the criminal damage, I had 3 bathrooms in my home they were all damaged. I was having to poop in a bucket, the police said I should save my disability benefit and pay to put the electricity on, I can only tell you to retire this house was about 20 thousand. I was left living like that 6 months, the police have never interviewed or arrested my ex husband, according to the police this is civil and they only deal with intimate relationships.

I’m going to take this to court, but I have to go without a solicitor because the 19 solicitors contacted don’t have the capacity to take my case on . The police investigating themselves means no one gets justice because they are bias

Constabulary: Kent Police

Timespan: Started 2016 still on going

Did you report it to the police?: Yes

Do you want to revisit this with the police?: No

Could you tell us why not?: I’m going to take the police to court, the police are bias in favour of themselves which is unfair for the victim. Over the last 10 years they have failed to investigate my crime reports. I’m in a position now I cannot call the police as chances are I’ll get attacked again.

Your ethnicity: White British

Have you experienced suicidality due to this?: Thoughts/feelings

Are you disabled as defined under the Equality Act 2010?: Yes
