It started 10 years ago in 2014 when my dad died. I was studying in university at the time and working part time. I had never been in trouble with the police before and was very innocent of the way they can be. I didn't smoke, drink, do drugs, even verging on veggie, I would spend my time if not working or studying at gym or helping my elderly mother and other activities. My brother at the time, he didn't want to share inheritance with me, as my dad's Will had said half half, him and me. My brother said he would have me sectioned (put me in a mental hospital by force) instead. Then he assaulted me to try to get me to react and pretended I had tried to commit suicide and that he was saving my life. He got my elderly vulnerable mother (as he was the son and favoured by her) to call the police on me.
I was grieving over my father at the time they came and threw me against a wall and cut up my hands (deliberately) with the handcuffs. When I said they were too tight, the constable had sneered and said "that's regulation that is" and "this is process". I was left in a cell for 3 nights bruised and bleeding. I was degraded and sometimes denied water for over half a day. I was then sectioned and later taken to a mental hospital. I was not seen as a human being just a nigg**.
This sort of thing happened to me over and over for the next 10 years, I didn't seem to have any rights and couldn't get a lawyer, they kept saying they didn't have 'capacity' for some reason.
On one occasion when my hands were bleeding one police staff had told me to tell the sergeant about the cuts on my hands from handcuffs, saying that he was nice man and would help. The sergeant had said looking hateful "those look like self harm marks to me" as they had known about me having a mental health label and were trying to get me to keep me quiet about it. They were implying that I was trying to kill myself and could have killed me and said I done it to myself and committed suicide.
Another time 5 women threw me to floor one was kneeling and putting her full weight onto my back, the rest holding me down, and them removing my jewellery. A lot of times I'd be thrown to the floor and or I couldn't breath and nobody cared about my welfare or safety.
Another time I surrounded by 6 or 7 male officers, I was terrified and was boxed in the head in the street. I dropped to the road in the pouring rain. I'd be later told, while I lay on the police station floor (probably slightly concussed) if I didn't get up i would be made too take my top off. With all the trauma I started to loose my eyesight and suffer from undiagnosed untreated PTSD.
Ive had my door kicked in, no warrant, no due process. Cuts, bruises, sprains etc..
One time they forced me to strip naked, under the threat they would manhandle me and rip my clothes off themselves, for no reason other that they wanted to humiliate me and show they are powerful. There was never any evidence against me and the unlawful arrests would be done on the strength that someone said so. I would then be put into a mental hospital and drugged. It was hell.
I've had no NHS treatment or alternative treatment or therapy for injuries or traumas sustained from their abuses. Just thrown into mental hospital, rubbished and thrown away.
Many of my so called friends and family members ostracised me, as I was now someone who had been in trouble with the police and been in a mental hospital (a mad woman). So now they didn't want to know me and I'd be alone and isolated, even for birthday's and Christmas and my mental health suffered, had to quit uni, couldn't work.
Both my parents are dead now, the police and society continue to bias against me, even if a crime has been committed against me they take the other persons side. i don't even bother to call them, which makes me quite vulnerable. A witness to a crime against me could call them and say I have had a crime committed against me, and they'd still say i'm the suspect and want to arrest me.
The more I was abused and bullied the more I would be abused and bullied by:
*the police, who are seen as authorities,
*security staff (one even punched me in a store and pretended I was steeling. I have proof I wasn't) and *members of the public, harassed, assaulted verbally abused etc..
*Staff that are supposed to support me, either don't do their job or see me as 'the problem' and can bully me or lie about me. Leaving me more vulnerable than before.
It has become a vicious cycle of abuse.
My brother has temporarily taken control of the inheritance, what he had wanted in the first place. My life feels like it's ruined. I need help and hope!
