I was a frontline civil servant protecting children especially girls and women who had been targeted by sex offenders and criminal gangs in the West Midlands .
The girls had been taken overnight from hostels and private care providers where they had been gang raped and trafficked.
CCTV footage showed the crimes of the gangs using minors for drugs and sex trafficking .
CCTV footage shown to the police with witness accounts of girls being raped and trafficked through care homes, hostels, and private establishments.
Girls asked to be informants for the police and drugs supplied across county lines .
2016 to 2021 no witness statements taken about girls reporting crimes by police officers in police cells and girls carrying out sexual acts on police officers where mobile phone numbers given to local authorities of police officers using minors for escorts.
